Executive Chef Brett Telder is responsible for all food and beverage operations with the Lansing Lugnuts. Brett brings more than 17 years of catering and food service experience to the Lugnuts, and has traveled the country developing unique fusions and flavors in his dishes. A resident of Lansing for more than 13 years, he has also worked as a consultant for Michigan restaurants in menu development, kitchen design, and Michigan Health Department Rules & Regulations. He joined the Lugnuts in August of 2008 and oversees 18 Luxury Suites, the Clubhouse lounge, three premier picnic venues, and over $1.5 MM in concession sales.

 


Austin oversees our concession operation for the South Bend Silver Hawks.  Austin has over 9 years experience in the food service industry. Before joining our team, Austin managed a local restaurant in his hometown of Lansing, MI. Austin also worked for our operation in the inaugural season of the Montgomery Biscuits, where he oversaw the suite catering operation.
